I'm a gamer 35yo, Used to play a lot cs, starcraft2, warcraft tft etc in high ranks. But now became shit and now I'm worker drone. Because of me my son became gamer since 8 years old.

He started playing Valorant few months ago. I think he plays this game really good and improve day by day. Currently in diamond rank. He wants to be a pro gamer. But we don't know where to start his career. Any advice? How decent is diamond rank for 13 years old kid? Personally I never play Valorant so no idea. He only plays solo, first we need to get in ladder board?
