I have been using wrist aiming ever since I was like 8 or 7, I used to play on really high sens so I never had to use the full area of a mousepad. I played val on 3. Something sens at 1600 dpi for a year and i finally realised why i couldn't lock on to people's head. So i changed my whole setup and now i have the perfect space for my mouse and i hit shots wayy better than before even though I've only been arm aiming for less than a week. The problem is whenever people strafe instead of using my wrist to adjust my aim i immediately swing my mouse back and forth and miss all shots. Instead i wanna adjust my aim with my wrist and aim normally with my arm but for some reason i just can't do it. This has led me to missing shots in below iron elo i need help on what to do my sens is 0.6 with 1200 dpi currently, do i have to lower it or can I use my wrist to adjust my aim
TL;DR I'm a wrist aim user who switched to arm aiming and it feels good but I miss shots when my enemy strafes because I keep using my arm to adjust my mouse instead of using my wrist, My sens is 0.6 and 1200 dpi
