I just realized something about this game that I think Riot executed perfectly:

There should be a setting to remove the outer circle on the mini-map
You used to be able to do this by turning your UI Quality to Low, but Riot has since made the outer circle permanent.
I think it'd be nice to have a separate setting where we could turn it off.
Thoughts?
