I am an Controller Main and get at least 10 Assists every game.
I am playing my role as I am supposed to do and help my team to win the game.
At the start of an Act individual performance counts a lot into your MMR. And since I am at the bottom of the scoreboard (even with 10+ assists), my MMR is ruined and I gain less RR.
How do you tackle that problem?
Edit: It's not that I play bad! I make round winning clutches or important kills but the only reward is the quantity, not the quality!

Do we know when does the battlepass prewievs come out?
As the title says if i remember correctly the prewievs of the bp skins usuallay come out before the patch correct me if im wrong tho
