No system to detect throwers?

Just had a game in which 1 person always took spike and afked spawned. Wondering why there isn’t a system to stop this?

Finally reached Silver 1!

Took me quite some time, but I finally reached [Silver 1!](https://imgur.com/gallery/LHJmJ7f) Always my games that could get me to Silver, I’d lose. Was 8-12 in this one, came back, and won 14-12. Pumped right now!
