For context, in the beginning of the video I was saying I wanna hit a shot like this and if u look at the first seconds I was mimicking the shot, the rest is ... of course luck as well.

Good ways to break a habit of moving while shooting?

I've dumped many hours into movement shooters like TF2, and when I get into a gunfight in this game sometimes I'll subconsciously strafe, even when I shouldn't. Anyone have any tips for breaking the habit?
