When someone leaves add a tech time out, /w skip button if we know the reason.
Today I was playing a valor ant match and we where winning pretty decently, i believe 11 to 9, than out of a sudden my wifi goes out, and we are now down to 11/12 losing, my teams morale was super low, and I was able to clutch to overtime....

Ideas to Buff Cypher
Camera- Increase health to 50, so on pistol rounds it is hard to destroy just like kj's turret
Cage- increase throw distance and when enemy's walk through the cage it creates a slow field
