Obligatory in-game tutorial for teamplay?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering for a long time how to improve quality of games in Valorant, especially when it comes to cooperation and communication aspect. In current state of community, many players seem to prefer to stay silent in their games and focus on maintaining good statistics. But in such scenario, they are not learning much how to use their abilities effectively and cooperate within optimal team strategy to secure that win in a round in a Spike Game. Riot can obviously try to reward teamplay behaviours within their RR system, but I think the most straightforward solution, and probably better one, would be to implement mandatory teamplay tutorial for all Valorant accounts.

Firstly, you would be simply informed about agent roles and what exactly they are in a Spike Game. Then you would pick most suitable role for you and you would go through tutorial of properly using your abilities to contribute to team strategy on some random map.

Secondly, you would be informed about importance of communication, fulfilling team strategy and playing together. You would be instructed about default Attack and Defense gameplan and how to take part in that with your chosen agent. Apart from that, you will be shown default means of communication in this game and what are the most important piece of information to pass to your teammates.

Pretty straightforward, and not that long to take part in. I believe that, when properly informed, some players would gladly take part in a team tactical shooter game instead of solo deathmatch sweatshow game. It's like a completely different experience when you can influence and predict other player's behaviour.

Is there a possibility to pass such an idea to Riot's executives?
