Hi there, can someone please explain what the call out “on spot” actually means? I hear people say it all the time in completely different scenarios every time so I’m confused at what it actually means?

im having issues with my game sound, everytime i turn my back on something in game, everything behind me goes silent. It started a week ago when i installed window 11 in my pc. is there anyone who can help me or have the same issue
