How hard would it be for Riot to implement a personal ban list? The thought behind this is to create a list of players that can never be queued with me or my party.

Example - If player, let's call him BOB, trolls me in a game... I want to be able to place him on my personal ban list so that he can never be placed on the same team or game as me again.

I think the player pool is big enough where the impact to my wait time to join games should be minimal. Thoughts?

And if a player shows up on like 2,000+ personal banlists, Riot should have a pretty good idea that that person has trolled a lot of people and maybe a ban can be implemented.
