Pick and choose agents ability

I think it would be cool gamemode to be able to pick and choose other agents ability. For example jet has E dash Q Phoenix flash C turret X Phoenix ulty

There will be some restrictions like no more that 3 flashes or all your ability cant be ults but i think this would be interesting and fun.

Is it just me or whenever I'm in a comp game I'm always stressing about getting picks every round cause whenever i don't theres always a toxic player saying your getting carried and you don't deserve the rank even though you could be a heal...
