Just had a lovely game with someone named "Report for throw" sitting in spawn, walling himself off with the spike and giving away locations.

He claims he hasn't gotten banned after several weeks of doing this. Anyone know if Riot is doing something about this? I notice more and more throwers and smurfs in this game.

Remake should be automatic
I just played a match in which our sage left just after the 1st round. We started a vote for a remake and then one of the braindead player voted no, so we had to play a 4v5. This shouldn't be the case at all. People are at so much disadvant...
