Just had a lovely game with someone named "Report for throw" sitting in spawn, walling himself off with the spike and giving away locations.

He claims he hasn't gotten banned after several weeks of doing this. Anyone know if Riot is doing something about this? I notice more and more throwers and smurfs in this game.

Blood bug
As I said in title, there's no "Show blood" option for me, while my friends and streamers still have it. Can someone help me with this? Thank you.

In Gold 2 and just had a Sage go 1/16 on our team..
