Hey reddit, we need your help. As you might know the SEA servers are facing tons of crashes recently, due to this the players that are in a competitive matches are not only getting -eve RR but also facing serious ban(7days-1 month) as a result of being afk. When you send them a ticket explaining the issue of your competitive ban they just write the reason of as "negative in-game behavior, when in reality I litterally got a text on my riot client saying that I was specifically banned due to being "AFK" . Now I would like to know where in any of this its our fault??? Demotion of rr is something we can handle qnd we understand that sometimes servers crash and it isn't a big deal, but a 7-30 day competitive ban for something that isn't our fault? Please try to raise awareness of how SEA players are being treated by riot. Especially when many of us have dedicated so much LOVE,TIME and MONEY into it... this is sad
