playing for 3-6 hours gaining and losing the same elo... how do you get out of this cycle?

as the title states, currently p1 just winning a couple games then losing a couple. started focusing on learning skye aswell recently. any tips on progressing

Has anyone else had a game where an enemy is invisible?

I was playing a match and a sova was defusing and I check the spike and he wasn't there but then I got shot right where the spike was. Everyone watching me didn't see him too.
