When the Spike is planted - it is BLUE.
When the Spike is being defused - it is RED.
When the Spike is defused to the half-way point - there is a Spike indicator that is at the half-way point.
When the Spike is half-way defused, the defusal sound is a lighter/higher pitch tone.
The total defuse time is 7 seconds.
So post plant, if you stare at the Spike and it is BLUE, there is no such thing as - I THOUGHT THEY WERE STICKING IT. I hope this is helpful!

I can't play other games because of Valorant
Does this happen to you? I am a huge terraria and gd fan and there are like 5 games I bought that sits in my library untouched. Since I started playing valorant a few months ago I just can't play any other game because valorant is too addic...

PSA: If you don’t want your teammates to mute you, simply be respectful and constructive rather than homophobic, racist, sexist, ableist, etc.
It’s sad that I feel the need to post this but in 4/4 of my games today I’ve been needlessly called homophobic slurs as soon as I’ve spoken (just to make simple call outs or say good luck to my team). I’ve never experienced so much pointles...
