If you get nervous when your team is watching you, go into settings and turn off show spectator count.
While it is unavoidable to prevent your team from watching you over the course of a match, it will help ease anxiety throughout a match.

TLDR: Grievers are not the reason you can not climb. Its a lot of work to get into higher Ranks because there is competition for it. If you really want to climb make sure to have the time and mental to put the effort in it.
