Is anybody else stuck in the premier bracket with their match not starting? My team has been waiting for an hour with the game telling us “Preparing”, but not actually starting. We have an opponent in the bracket but nothings happening.

EDIT: it conceded the game for us? Our opponents advanced to the next round and we never played the game. All of our players were in the lobby and ready the entire time. Bummer.
