I was able to redeem this player card from the website but it did not appear in my collections. Already contact Riot and they said they will be looking into this. Anyone had a similar experience?

How would I become better at playing as a controller?
Im best with duelists and sentinels but heard for comp its good to have your second pick be a controller but I suck with them. Mostly with smoking.
