There is a common mentality that causes toxcitiy in many games which can be avoided if there is an awareness to it.
Say if one of the many knowledgable traits of the game you aquired was not learned by a teammate and later in game that scenario had shown up but the teammate lost due to that scenario. You then feel frustrated that the teammate did not meet your knowledgable expectations which leads to toxicity.
But you have to remember that not all players experiences in game are the same, just because they are in your rank does not mean they have the same experience.Acting toxic would make the teammate's experience to the scenario negative and thus make them not want to learn from it.
So stay positive and do what you can to help you team.
