Right after updating the game to the new patch, I noticed a massive and constant frame drop that was making the game literally unplayable for me which I also wasn't encountering before so I spent a few hours updating drivers, checking everything etc. but nothing helped fix the problem. So I became suspicious about the recent patch itself and went to see if they have added new features that may be the root cause of these strange frame drops. And as soon as I did the following my frames were back to normal again:

so you need to go to SETTINGS then in the GENERAL tab, and under MOUSE options toggle '[Beta] RawInputBuffer' On/Off once and this should fix it!
