A small tip: When aiming, focus your eyes on your enemy's head, rather than focusing on lining your crosshair with their head in your peripherals. This helps with accuracy a fair amount.

For some ungodly reason my damage reports rarely work. Some games its intermittent, some games just not even there. Then text chat occasionally just takes a good minute or two to post my chat. Making it pretty much useless.
