Rank reset/lacking motivation

The rank reset really hit me hard, I went from gold 2 to bronze 3 and its seriously hard to get the motivation to grind again I got back to silver but, playing against ex-diamonds is rough

Any advice?

The amount of surrendering in unrated is proof people need a shorter unrated match.
