How do I get 3 up arrows as an Immortal 2 when my Diamond 2 teammate had more frags than me and only got 2 up arrows? Plus we only won 13-9

Western Canada Ping
Is anyone else in western Canada having serious ping issues lately? I get nothing but 70 ping on central Illinois and over 100 ping on western Oregon servers but this has never happened before till this week.

New to the game. Aim Mechanics feel foreign compared to other FPS' I've played. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
My biggest struggle is that bullets will go above the crosshair on long bursts. This throws me off a lot, because I will think I am aiming at someone's head even though I am not. I am too used to the crosshair actually following the bullet...
