Ranked Changes 2.02

I recently achieved Immortal for the first time this act. I had 200+ rr before the patch. Yesterday, while playing on the new patch, I realized that I am now losing 30rr per loss but only gaining 20rr per win. I assume that this is because I have a D2 Act Rank but I feel like that isn't really a fair system. I understand the sentiment that Riot has for making Immortal and Radiant prestigious but I have worked my ass off to improve and climb. How is that even remotely balanced?

EDIT: I have a a %63 win ratio over 112 games played. I'm losing to radiants and top 1000 immortals and losing 30rr even if its an OT game. Then I win against the same players drop 25+kills in a 12-4 and gain 20.
