I'm from SEA and playing ranked never been good lately not only I'm facing a problem with the client and the server but also with the toxicity and a typical buy-account player.
lately I met lot of high rank player but the way they play doesnt really match with their rank, I can really tell based on their decision making, crosshair placement and movement. imma tell you something, on my country (im not going to tell you which country it is) lot of people sell an account ready to play on ranked only for $2. this is really ruining the ranked.

regarding toxicity I met some abusive player not only they are spamming and yelling they also do a friendly fire (ex: using phoenix's molley to me). but 100% sure they will never get any penalty for doing it.

when is Riot going to take this seriously?
