So I’m sure the posts of “how do I get better” are everywhere and this is along those lines but. I’m not sure what it is anymore I’ll warmup for 20-45 minutes every time before I decide to go on a push to get some wins in comp and my shot seems pretty spot on but I just get frustrated so easily with tiny things in game. Does anybody have anyway or any tips on how to reach the “state of flow” for better performances in game?

Advice posts for Bronze/Silvers are neat, but the reality for casual ranked players is a little more difficult than that
