Hey so, today, the Reaver Vandal came into my store and I'm currently contemplating buying it. The problem is, I already have the Prime Vandal and I really want to get a skin 4 my phantom. I like the Oni collection a lot and was wondering - will the Oni Phantom come into store again or should I just buy the Reaver Vandal before my store refreshes? One of my friends said it was a rare skin and the wait will be very long if I plan on buying it.
