RGX 11Z Pro FPS Hotfix Just Released?

I just had to restart my client since a new patch was just released.

My fps was fluctuating between 150 and 300 with the new skins in game before the patch. Now I'm getting a stable >240 fps in dm post-patch.

Can anyone else or a Rioter confirm or is this just a placebo?
