I just played competetive, when suddenly, two of my teammates left. We eventually lost at 10-13 (impressive). We all lost -22 RR. Wouldn't it be more fair if you lose a teammate, you don't lose that much RR? It certainly tilted me more than the game itself

Valorant ranked is a horrible experience (especially in multicultural regions) and it's mostly because it lacks a solo queue.
