Players are currently experiencing issues with repeat downloads and the maintenance appears to be taking much longer than usual. Riot has not announced information on either of these issues at the time of posting.

Neon accidentally went out as an unlocked Agent, so she's disabled in regions where Patch 4.0 is currently live. We're aiming to get her back in-game in roughly two hours.

This means you will not be able to play Neon right now in matches.

It appears some players are reporting not getting their ranked gun buddies or having issues with them appearing. Not sure yet if this is a widespread issue, but please be patient and wait to send a support ticket until Riot sorts everything out today. Buddies are probably delayed for a short while.

We also have the Bug Megathread for additional bug reports that arise, but if you see your bug already posted please just upvote the comment instead to reduce volume.
