My monitors refresh rate is 144hz and I have my frames capped at 144. Is that okay or should I have no limit?

what do you all think of this season battlepass?
I want to ask since its ending and i wanna see if its better to bet for maybe a better one or just to buy this one, i really like the vandal skin but i dont know
