with Harbor's ult being basically Breach's without the earthquake backlash part, do you think someday there will be another agent being able to ress teammates like Sage? or maybe even other agents with similar ults (will they keep adding new agents or do you think they'll stop some day or another?)

Just an opinion: the game is completely balanced.
Unlike the most of the games out there, you really can’t point your fingers on a broken meta. Almost every tactic and gameplay is counterable.
Let me know your thoughts on things that you may recall as “Broken” and “unbeatable”.
