While other initiators can get info with out having to peek (i.e. Skye's flash and dog, Kay/O's Dart and Sova is Sova) but Breach can't gather info. So the simplest way to buff him is by him shouting "concussed" when he concuss an enemy just like how Skye calls out "Blinded". What do you guys think?
