As an F2P player, I pick up skins from the ground. But today, I GOT MY FIRST EVER SKIN!!!!
Now this might not be a big deal for most of you but for me it is :)
I am also very close to getting the free shorty skin in the battlepass
Thank you riot devs for making skins for us F2P players ;)
