How does this happen and why is it still in the game with the battlepass being out for over 20 days and a patch released inbetween
It literally makes the skin unusable for me

Just got my first ace!
I was left in a 1v3 but managed to clutch with an ace! The team and I went on to win the whole game!

My game penalized me for the enemy team surrendering.
