It's the most annoying thing when your trying to play and you have somebody talking down their mic telling you exactly what to do. I appreciate advice and 100% any callout coms are great but it's the "go here" "use ult" "pick up this gun instead" repeated over and over like I didn't hear them the first time. Just write it in chat once and I'll take it as advice. It's especially annoying since it usually only starts if I'm playing Sage or I talk down the mic and they realise I'm a girl. It'll happen when I'm bottom or top frag so it isn't even skill dependent. It's just so frustrating and makes me play worse. Any advice on how to get it to stop happening other than not using my mic and playing "girly" agents - Sage/Neon/KJ which would really suck?
Edit - alot of people are asking why I think this just happens to girls but I didn't intend it to come across like that sorry.I actually meant to say it happens more when it's revealed I am a girl. Teammates who have been chill all game will suddenly start doing it consistently only after I spoke, even if its way into the game. I also found that if they are already doing it and I then speak to give a call out their nature will change to be more commanding and hostile rather than just annoying spammy. I know it's not everyone but it's a significant enough amount to make it a pattern for sure.
