Me and most my friends thought Valorant and it's community was still just a bunch of high-octane toxic trashing and bashing, but Swiftplay's been reliably fun and chill for a while to me now. So now I'm hooked.

People generally try to win but no one really cares that much, and everyone is casually supportive and having fun cracking jokes n shit. Like, it's such a chill vibe that it's actually kinda cringe if someone cares enough to whine or complain in comms. They end up getting roasted for it a little actually lol which I haven't seen in a VOIP community since the mid 2000's tbh (might be showing my age, I'm almost 30).

And what’s cool is that I’m getting better so I’m more willing to go into unrated or comp with the friends I have that still play. And I bet I have a few friends who would come back the same way I did too.

Sorry for the long winded diary entry but just wanted to point out that I think Swiftplay could bring an explosion of players randomly at some point because this was so far off my radar it’s crazy. Only found out about it because my gf still plays and showed it to me. I bet there’s a ton of potential players like me out there.
