I was playing a game and realised it put me on Singapore servers so i went back and checked and there was no Sydney servers, anyone else having this problem?

Who is PROD?
I’ve been playing Valorant for like 6 months now and in videos I hear the name “PROD” often enough to make me wonder who is he? But when I tried to look for videos about him I couldn’t see anything about him? Can someone tell me who he is?

Why does sometimes the bullet not hit where i aimed at?
Sometimes when i just stand completely still, and i scope in on the enemies head and tap once, the bullet hit a pixel behind him and doesnt register, why does this happen, the enemy is standing still too

How I went from 45% winrate to 65% WITHOUT IMPROVING
To put it into perspective, last act I had a 45% winrate which is REALLY bad, like bottom 15% of players bad.
