can someone give me tips about how to switch from wrist aiming to arm aiming?

so i just got an extended mousepad today and im loving it i managed to lower my sens from 800 dpi 1.38 to 1.08 in valorant but i cant just seem to arm aim? i cant explain it like im still using my wrist even though i lowered my sens maybe...
