Last act I was plat 2, got placed in silver 3, and am seeing ex plat players, but i feel like in silver because no one is comming, like they have mics but do not talk at all what's up with that, i do not get it, what could be the reason and...

Do I have any hope of beating really good players playing on really good pcs if I play on 60 fps? Im still learning but sometimes I feel as though my laptop is limiting my gameplay massively and I cant be as good as the pros. Thoughts?
