Anyone else have a weird delay in the text chat? When I type in a message, it takes almost two minutes to send, wich makes communication very difficult.
This happens very often and I dont know how to fix it

Is there an elo where people stop pestering teammates about skins?
Just the title basically. In Iron/Bronze it seems like every game there's a 12 y/o boy who will do anything to get your Prime Vandal including inting you when he doesn't get it. Does that ever stop or do I just have to comply??
