i had asked this months ago during beta, but i'm wondering now that the game is out if there is any indicator towards your playtime?

I've only played for 50 hours, but has the ranked matchmaking always been this bad?
I'm in Silver 3 and I'm a mediocre new player. One match I'm top of the leaderboard and MVP, the very next match I can't even get 2 kills and we get stomped 13-1. Sometimes I get put on winning streaks where my team just deletes everything,...
