They seriously need to implement 2 factor authentication for accounts OR a price to unlock competitive mode (a premium account essentially.) I find that is is nearly completely RNG whether I win a game or not, whether I am at my best or not. In the past 6 comp games, 4 have had someone leaving, 3 games had definite smurfs (they admitted to it or dropped 40 kills), and in one game there was a 2 smurf party just teamkilling and blocking defuse. I'm probably just gonna give up on comp until riot decides to actually do something about 1 person ruining a game for 4 (or even 9) other people and facing no repercussions.
