This is giving me Spline vibes: potential for something to rival Oni/Prime/Reaver, but Riot decided not to do anything with it. The collection will probably cost 1775 per gun, which means that the lack of effects is even more disappointing. Another 4 skins that nobody will buy, that's going to pad the store and lowering your chance of getting the skin you want.
