My personal choice would be Viper or another Smoker. I feel like they are key for any team, although I could see someone making a point for a Sentinel like Sage or Killjoy.
An Initiator seems like a bad call to me, but I'd be interested if anyone could make an argument for them.

Why Bind Is special??
I was thinking today, that why only bind has TP Doors and not other maps. And i also think that distance between A to B in bind is very less as compared to other maps. TP(teleporter)
