I see how often negative players hit /ff at start of every split and obviously that's too early to decide if surrender or not. Indeed, sometimes they hit surrender in a moment where we aren't really losing. However, giving that negative player the ONLY opportunity of the team to surrender, makes more stressing the decision to accept the votation. That's because you must choose between end the match and losing the opportunity to come back or understand that if you are really losing, you will have to play until the end.
I think giving another surrender option every 6 rounds instead of 12 are pretty fair, and also making the votation 4-1 instead of all 5 players. The reason i am against the unanimity is because that person who voted "no", sometimes just did that for being annoying and not for really make an effort to come back.
I'm not that kind of players who hits /ff every time they can, but when i really feel the match is loss, mostly times surrender is not available anymore. I'm not going afk neither suicide until the enemy team wins, but i saw a few times how my teammates do that for ending fast (aka "open mid" in LoL) and the overall experience is more frustrating than it should be for a stomped match.
