This guy actually aimbotted his way to diamond 3 and he still isn't banned

first off let me just say I've been waiting days for this guy to get banned and he's STILL not banned. I've been checking his tracker daily just to check if he's still playing matches. And for whatever reason this guy with a 57% headshot rate hasn't been banned yet or even flagged. So I've finally decided to come to the reddit to this guy banned
