Hey all! Recently took on the role of coaching a T3 team full of IMM3+ players. Looking for any advice when it comes to coaching. I’ve personally hit Imm so I understand the game however coaching is something I’m newer to. Thanks for any help in advance!

If you win pistol round and buy a spectre and full shields the second round. We will probably lose the third round because they have vandals so do i still buy light or full shields if i lost them in the second round? And if i do buy shields...
