Tips for improving for a beginner

Hello! I have played valorant for a month now and I'm totally in love with this game. I have never been so invested and so exited about a game. I also have tried to find something I like and could do all day long and now I have it! But I need some improvement tips.

I haven't really played any shooting games etc. Only a little bit of CSGO so I had a good idea what valorant was when I started but I don't have good game sense or aim.

I have AimLab and I do practise in custom games and shooting range. I only play unranked atm because I want to be good before going to comp.

I'm not the worst player and I feel like I know a good bunch of things already. But I really need some improving because I get so upset of myself because I'm not performing that good.

I watch alot of youtube videos and I play everyday. I also made a "training" calender where I write everything I played that day, how it went, how could I improve etc. But I really want tips from skilled players. Any tips and tricks really. I struggle aiming for the head even tho I know I should aim for it. I also struggle with bad mental. I get so sad for bad games where I don't do good.

I know this is probably asked alot but I tried to read some from here but didn't find any recent ones and what a whole beginner could do.

I really love this game and the community already even tho I haven't played that long. So nice to be a part of it. :)
