I was playing tonight and played 7 matches, 5 of them were icebox. The other two were split and ascent. I hate dodging and consider icebox a sound enough map, but isn't it a bit too much icebox? Is the pick rate changed or is it just luck?

Timeouts concept
There should be a tactical timeout like it is in csgo and other games. sometimes you need to go to toilet and I think the timeout should be 1 min and every team should have 1 timeout per half.
